Terms of Service

Rayson Ventures ("we," "us," "our") is a sole proprietorship operated by Sanchit, based in Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India. These Terms of Service govern your use of raysonventures.co.in (the "Site") and any engagement of our StratDash, Influx FinOps, or Model & Groom services (the "Services"). By contacting us, accepting a proposal, or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

We offer three productized service packages, each scoped to the inclusions listed on our pricing page at the time of your order:

• StratDash — a single automated dashboard connecting up to the agreed number of data sources, plus optional ongoing maintenance.
• Influx FinOps — a recurring monthly finance service covering cash flow reporting, budget tracking, and profit & loss summaries.
• Model & Groom — a one-time deliverable consisting of a 3-statement financial model, a simple valuation, and a pitch deck.

The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for your engagement will be confirmed in writing (email or a signed proposal) before work begins. Anything not listed in that written scope is not included.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing. One-time packages (StratDash setup, Model & Groom) are due before work begins. Recurring services (Influx FinOps, StratDash maintenance) are billed at the start of each billing cycle. We currently do not charge GST; if that changes, updated pricing will be reflected on our Site before it takes effect.

Each package includes the number of revisions stated in its listing (typically one). A revision means adjustments within the original scope — not a new dashboard, a new model structure, or additional data sources. Requests beyond the included revision, or beyond the agreed scope, will be quoted separately before we begin that additional work.

You agree to provide timely, accurate access to the data, accounts, and information we reasonably need to deliver the Service — for example, read access to your analytics or accounting tools, or export files where direct access isn't possible. Delays in providing this access may delay your deliverable, and repeated non-response may result in the engagement being paused or closed without refund of work already completed.

We treat your business, financial, and operational data as confidential, and use it only to deliver your engagement. We won't share it with third parties except where a tool integral to the Service requires it (for example, connecting a dashboard platform), or where required by law.

Once your invoice is paid in full, you own the final deliverable we hand over (your dashboard configuration, financial model file, or pitch deck). We retain ownership of our underlying templates, frameworks, and methodologies, and may reuse them for other clients — your specific data and figures are never reused.

Our Services are operational and advisory in nature. We are not a chartered accountant, registered investment advisor, or law firm, and nothing we deliver — including cash flow reports, valuations, or financial models — constitutes formal accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. You remain responsible for your own regulatory, tax, and fundraising compliance, and we recommend involving a qualified CA, CS, or legal advisor for those matters.

Our Services are provided on a best-effort basis using the information you give us. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost funding opportunities.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use our Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
