Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of corporate data infrastructure and financial modeling, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. Once we've started work on your dashboard, financial reports, or model, the time and analysis already delivered cannot be "returned" the way a physical product can — so our policy is built around clear milestones rather than open-ended refunds.

• The ₹2,500 setup fee is payable upfront and becomes non-refundable once we begin connecting your data sources.
• If you cancel before work begins, we'll refund the setup fee in full.
• The ₹500/month maintenance retainer can be cancelled anytime by notifying us before your next billing date. We don't offer partial refunds for a month already billed.

Influx FinOps is billed monthly in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. We don't offer partial-month refunds for a billing cycle already in progress.

• The ₹3,500 fee is payable upfront and becomes non-refundable once we begin building your model, valuation, or deck.
• If you cancel before work begins, we'll refund the fee in full.
• Once your deliverables (model, valuation, and deck) have been handed over, the engagement is considered complete and the fee is non-refundable.

Each package includes the number of revisions listed on our pricing page (typically one). Work requested beyond the included revision, or outside the originally agreed scope, is quoted and billed separately, and is non-refundable once delivered.
